No, you do not need to visit a lab. Our partner Healthians, a CAP and NABL-accredited diagnostic network, collects samples at your home and ensures accurate, lab-grade testing with professional standards. Your Health Insights are then delivered straight to the Healthvizor app, ready for you to take action.

We recommend that you re-test every six months so you can track how your body is changing and adjust your interventions (nutrition, lifestyle, supplements) accordingly. Some memberships include an annual re-test at no extra cost, making it easier to stay on top of your health.

Our basic plan, Healthvizor Lite, includes 85+ biomarkers across 10 key health domains that provide a deep view of how your body is performing. These include: Metabolic health, Cardiac risk markers, Inflammation markers, Hormonal health, Sleep and recovery markers, Nutrient status, Gut and immune health, and Strength and endurance markers.

If our phlebotomist is unable to contact you or complete the collection at the scheduled time, you’ll receive a notification with a link to rebook at a convenient time.

In the rare event that a sample is unable to be processed correctly due to technical issues, such as clotting, hemolysis, insufficient volume, or transport temperature variation, we will notify you and schedule a repeat collection at no additional charge.

Yes. Please follow these guidelines for accurate results:
• Fast for 12 hours. You may drink water only (no tea, coffee or juice).
• Stop all vitamins and supplements 48 hours before testing.
• Continue routine medications unless your doctor has advised otherwise.

Usually between 25–40 ml, depending on your plan. It’s quick and safe.

Healthvizor is not available for pregnant women at this time. We recommend waiting until after delivery, so we can give you clear and meaningful data.

Most results are ready in about 4 to 6 days after testing and you will receive your Health Insights on the Healthvizor app. We will notify you as soon as they become available. However, if anything needs attention, we will alert you on the app, so you may consult your doctor.

Absolutely. Your data stays within a secure, compliant ecosystem and is never pasted into public AI models. Healthvizor complies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) and follows best-practice security protocols equivalent to HIPAA standards. Your data is never sold or shared.

Your results are visible only to you and our Diagnostics partner Healthians.
